Hallo, hier spricht Claudia Hofhuber. Ich krieg" meine Diskette nicht mehr raus..

Berater: Haben Sie den Auswurfknopf gedrückt?

Kundin: Ja, klar. Aber es passiert gar nichts.

Berater: Das klingt nicht gut. Ich schreib"s mal auf..."

Kundin: Äh, Moment kurz.... Tut mir leid, grade seh ich dass die Diskette ja noch auf meinem Schreibtisch liegt. Ich hab" sie noch gar nicht rein..... Sorry.

Berater: Klicken Sie mal bitte auf "Mein Computer" links auf Ihrem Bildschirm.
