Ich bin jetzt in der 26 .SSW und zum 3. mal seit Beginn der Schwangerschaft super erkältet. Ich quäle mich über den ganzen Tag und nach spätestens 3 unerholsamen Nächten benutze ich dann für 3-4 Tage abends vor dem Schlafengehen ein ganz normales Schnupfennasenspray, wonach ich die ganze Nacht Ruhe habe und der Schnupfen dann auch schnell abklinkt.
