Hallo wer hatte schon ein Problem mit seinem zahnfleisch. Habe zur Zeit leider eines und habe das Gefühl das mir mein Zahnarzt auch nicht viel weiterhilft.Oder wie lange dauert es bis so was abgeklungen und verheilt ist.

Weiß jemand aus eigener Erfahrung was hilft? ( bestimmte Zahncreme; Mundspülungen usw.)

Hallo! Erstmal muss ich sagen, dass das hier der falsche Platz für deine Frage ist, da es sich hier um Foren Spiele handelt... ;)

Ich habe das selbe Problem schon ewig und ich bin jetzt auf (ich weiß gar nicht ob ich das schreiben darf...) Colgate Total umgestiegen und die ist super außerdem immer Zahnseide benutzen (morgens und abends) und Mundwasser-> regelmäßig! :)
